Price information

All prices are in Euro and per person and night, from 3 nights.

Shorter stays are subject to a short-stay charge of 10-15%, which has already been add to the prices on the website.

The prices also include access to the 400m² Spa Oasis with indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, Kneipp pool, ice grotto, light therapy, adventure showers, relax areas and for a fee, you can use the Jacuzzi and the solarium.

The current local tax is Euro 2.50 per person and night and is not included.

Discount for children:

The discount applies for children if they stay in the parents' room with 2 fully-paying adults:

up to the age of 3 we charge a supplement of Euro 50,00 per night
up to the age of 10 – 50% discount
up to the age of 16 – 30% discount

CHECK IN: from 3 pm – earlier if requested

CHECK OUT: until 11 am

Pets are not allowed.

Payment options: you can pay your bill in cash, with your debit card, MASTERCARD or VISA.

Cancellation conditions

For all arrivals from December 2022

For cancellation up to 30 days before agreed arrival: 0%.
Cancellation up to 18 days before arrival: 40%.
Cancellation up to 10 days before arrival: 70%.
Cancellation in the last 3 days before agreed arrival: 90% of total amount
In case of no-show without cancellation: 100%.
In case of fixed rate from defined booking: 100%.

Travel cancellation insurance

As security in case you cannot start your vacation as planned or have to leave unexpectedly early, you can protect yourself - already before your vacation - with travel cancellation insurance.
